Booking and Payment

When booking a session with Swyxaronkhikgriz:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Payment is required to confirm your reservation
• Prices are listed in USD and include all materials
• Group bookings may require a deposit

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours notice

Participant Responsibilities

As a participant in our sessions, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for your scheduled session
• Follow instructions provided by facilitators
• Treat other participants and staff with respect
• Use materials responsibly and safely
• Take responsibility for your personal belongings

Intellectual Property

All artwork created during our sessions belongs to the participant who created it. Swyxaronkhikgriz retains rights to use photographs of sessions and artwork for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise.

Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, Swyxaronkhikgriz is not responsible for:

• Personal injury resulting from participant negligence
• Damage to personal clothing or belongings
• Loss of personal items

Changes to Terms

Swyxaronkhikgriz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
